How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

We are proud to say that every hydraulic filter we sell is 100% Made in Italy, using high-quality raw materials sourced from both Italian and American suppliers. Our commitment to detail and quality ensures that you receive the best product available at these competitive prices. Thank you for considering our filters!

Every shipment will depart from our U.S. warehouse located at: 5101 W County Road 400 S Muncie, IN 47302 (open in GMaps)

About shipments

To whom can you sale and ship?

Our online sales are currently available for shipments to addresses within the continental United States only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for international shipping, like Canada and Mexico. If you are a non U.S. Customer, please visit filtrec.com. For every clarification, please send an email to sales@filtrec.us

Is the shipment included in prices shown?

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. If you have an account number with UPS or FedEx, we can use that for your shipment. Additionally, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $300.00.

When will I receive my order?

We typically ship all orders within 2 to 8 business hours. As soon as your shipment is processed, we will provide you with the tracking number.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please feel free to contact us at sales@filtrec.us with your order number and/or shipment tracking number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What do I do if the OEM P/N in my hands is not present in the searchbar?

Some items may not be listed in our database, but that doesn’t mean we can’t help identify your product. Please send us all your references at sales@filtrec.us, and we will provide you with the corresponding FILTREC part number and pricing.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Please contact us at sales@filtrec.us and we will drive you through any addition or variation you want to make to your order.

I have purchased your filters but they do not fit properly in my hydraulic circuit/system/housing. What do I do?

The OEM cross references provided on each product page are derived from million of codes available in the market, and we have verified their accuracy over our 30 years in business. However, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the suitability of the FILTREC part number for their application before purchase. If you believe the FILTREC part number is not correct for your needs, please contact us at sales@filtrec.us

About return policy

Can I return purchased items to you?

You may be eligible to return the filters within 14 days of the purchase date. However, please contact us at sales@filtrec.us for prior written approval before shipping anything back. If we approve your return, we will refund your purchase amount minus a 40% restocking fee. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and returned products must be packaged as they were received; otherwise, no credit will be offered. Filtrec E-Shop reserves the right to determine whether the filters are eligible for credit, and we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during the return transport.
