I have seen who you are from the video in the Home section. Why should I purchase your products?

The filters we manufacture are continuously tested internally in our R&D Lab according to ISO and other U.S. and rest of the world codes. Filters with superior quality and effective filtration grade make the difference.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Every hydraulic filter we sell is 100% Made in Italy, with raw materials coming from among the others Italians and Americans suppliers. The attention to detail and effective quality provided is the best you can find at these prices.

Every shipment will depart from our U.S. warehouse located at:

To whom can you sale and ship?

Our online sales are valid to U.S.A. continental customers only. No international nor Canada or Mexico sales and shipments will be accepted. If you are a non U.S. Customer, please visit filtrec.com. For every clarification, chat with us or send an email to sales@filtrec.us.

Is the shipment included in prices shown?

Shipment fee is calculated at check out. It is available a free ground shipping for orders above $400.00.

When will I receive my order?

We typically ships everything in 24hrs. If you have selected Standard Ground shipment, then we have from 1 to 5 transit time days. We will provide you with the tracking # of your shipment as soon as we have it.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us at sales@filtrec.us providing your order reference and/or your shipment tracking number and we will try to solve the issue at the soonest.

How much time do I have to ask a free return?

You have 15 days from date of shipment, provided the filters purchased are still "as new".

The 15 days are passed, but i think the filters are still "as new". Can I return them to you?

You may be eligible to have a free return of the filters. We reserve the right to check if filters are effectively "as new" before any return shipment. If approved, we will provide you a shipping label and we will return you what you have paid, however, we will charge you a 40% value of the sale as re-stocking fee.

And what if I have used or opened the filters? May I still be eligible for a free return?

Please contact us at sales@filtrec.us providing your references and pictures of the actual status of the filters and we will find the best solution to your position.

What do I do if the OEM P/N in my hands is not present in the searchbar?

Some codes may not be present in our database. However, it does not mean we are not able to cross and identify your product. Please send us all your references at sales@filtrec.us and we will provide you FILTREC P/N correspondence and price.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Please contact us at sales@filtrec.us and we will drive you through any addition or variation you want to make to your order.

I have purchased your filters but they do not fit properly in my hydraulic circuit/system/housing. What do I do?

The OEM's Cross references provided in every product page is an abstract from million of codes available in the market, we have checked their authenticity in 30 years of business. However, it is under customer responsibility checking the correctness of the FILTREC P/N features before the purchase. If you feel the FILTREC P/N is not correct for your application, please contact us at sales@filtrec.us
